Replacement Eligibility

To qualify for a replacement, customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving their order and provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.
Non-Refundable Orders
We do not offer refunds for:

Change of mind after purchase.

Incorrect orders placed by the customer.

Products that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.

Delayed deliveries caused by courier services, customs, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Replacement Request Process
To request a replacement:

Submit clear photos or a video showing the issue.

Our team will review the request and respond within 2–5 business days.
Approved replacement requests will be processed at no additional cost.
Product Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a replacement:

The product must be in its original condition.

Original packaging should be retained when possible.

All accessories and included items must be returned.
Cash on Delivery Orders
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, replacements are available for eligible products only. Refunds are not provided for completed COD orders.
